Dr. Jigar Nandola is a dedicated and compassionate dentist with over a decade of experience in the field. He has been practicing dentistry since 2008, after completing his degree in India. In 2019, he began practicing in Canada as an associate dentist in Williams Lake, BC. He moved to Kitchener, Ontario in 2022, where he has been providing exceptional dental care to the Kitchener-Waterloo community. In 2023, he purchased his practice to ensure that he can provide care that meets his high standards and without any restrictions.

Dr. Nandola's interest in dentistry began in childhood, when he would visit his uncle's dental laboratory. He has undergone almost every dental procedure himself, including root canals, crowns, and fillings. His personal experience has taught him the importance of proper dental care and enables him to empathize with his patients, offering a more personalized approach to their treatment.

Dr. Nandola is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technology in dentistry. He incorporates this knowledge into his practice to enhance the patient experience. Dr. Nandola takes pride in ensuring that his patients receive the highest level of care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

In his personal life, Dr. Nandola enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He is passionate about helping animals, a shared interest with his wife, Monica, who is also a licensed dentist in India currently pursuing licensing in Canada. Together, they are dedicated to building meaningful relationships with their patients and providing exceptional dental care. Dr. Nandola looks forward to not only serving your dental needs but also getting to know you personally and building a long-lasting relationship.

Dr. Monica Dsouza, is a dentist with 8 years of experience, passionate about oral surgery and dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients. As a proud member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), she stays current with the latest advancements in dentistry. Dr Monica is known for her exceptional chair side communication skills making patients feel relaxed and informed throughout their dental appointments. Additionally, she collaborates closely with her team of dental specialists in providing exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Dr. D’souza enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter and spending quality time with her two cats and her husband.

With over 20 years in dentistry and 15 years of office management experience, Elsa is dedicated to creating a positive, supportive workplace where the team thrives and patients feel genuinely cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her two teacup Yorkies, getting lost in a good book, and bringing her own stories to life as she edits her novel—often with her Yorkies “helping” by sitting on the keyboard.

Lauren has transitioned her career as a PSW into the dental world, starting as a sterilization tech and working toward her position as administrative assistant. Known for her compassion, attention to detail, and people-first approach, she brings the same care to her new role that she's shown throughout her career. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys going out with friends and cozy nights in watching scary movies with her partner and their dog, Luna.

Starting her career as a Dental Assistant in 2019, Nikki graduated from Fanshawe College with a Dental Hygiene Advanced Diploma in 2022 and is passionate about creating a stress-free, welcoming atmosphere where patients feel confident in their smiles and dental care. Dedicated to advancing her knowledge and embracing new technologies, she has a special interest in caring for children and individuals with special needs. Outside of work, she enjoys playing hockey, attending concerts, and relaxing by the lake.

Michelle has been a dedicated dental hygienist for several years, bringing extensive experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics to the practice. She is passionate about providing exceptional care, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and leaves with a healthy, confident smile. Outside of work, Michelle is committed to an active lifestyle, enjoying fitness, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her friends and family.

A dedicated Medical Device Reprocessing Technician, Ariel proudly graduated from Conestoga College in 2021. With over four years of hands-on experience, she has mastered the art of maintaining cleanliness, sterility, and readiness in clinical environments. Their expertise and attention to detail didn't go unnoticed—after spending countless hours sterilizing tools, colleagues recognized their skill and initiative, leading to on-the-spot training as a Dental Assistant. It’s safe to say they quite literally cleaned up well enough to earn the promotion—both literally and figuratively.  On her break she moonlights as a self-proclaimed professional food critic. No snack is safe in her vicinity, as she conducts spontaneous “quality control checks” with what she calls just a little taste. Colleagues have learned: label your lunch, or prepare to lose a corner of that cookie.

With 9 years of experience as a Level II Intraoral Dental Assistant, Daylin brings expertise, precision, and a warm, friendly demeanor to every patient interaction. Known for her strong attention to detail, she ensures a comfortable and positive dental experience. Outside of the office, Daylin enjoys spending time outdoors with her kiddos, exploring new destinations, and sharing her love for music and travel.
