Meet Our Team

Dr. Jigar Nandola has been practising dentistry since 2008, after completing his dental degree in India. He began practising in Canada in 2019 as an associate dentist in Williams Lake, BC, and moved to Kitchener in 2022 to care for patients in the Kitchener-Waterloo community. In 2023, he became the owner of South Kitchener Dentistry so he could shape how care is delivered in his own practice. He is registered with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and is a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA).

His interest in dentistry started in childhood, visiting his uncle's dental laboratory. He has also been on the other side of the chair for almost every procedure he performs, including root canals, crowns and fillings. That experience shapes how he treats patients: he knows what it feels like, and he takes the time to explain each step and keep patients comfortable.

Dr. Nandola invests in continuing education and modern tools, including digital scanning and in-office milling for same-day crowns. More recently, he has developed a real passion for correcting bites and straightening smiles with clear aligners. For children, he is especially interested in early treatment that guides jaw and arch development while they are still growing. For adults, he enjoys helping patients straighten their teeth discreetly and feel more confident about their smile.

Outside the office, he enjoys time with family and friends and is passionate about helping animals, an interest he shares with his wife, Dr. Monica Dsouza, who also practises at South Kitchener Dentistry. He looks forward to getting to know his patients and building relationships that last for years.

Dr. Monica Dsouza has been practising dentistry since 2011 and has a particular interest in oral surgery. She is registered with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) as a general dentist and is a member of the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), and she keeps current through ongoing continuing education. Patients appreciate her clear chairside communication, which helps them feel relaxed and informed at every appointment. When a patient needs specialist care, she works closely with trusted specialists to coordinate referrals. Outside of work, Dr. Dsouza volunteers at her local animal shelter and enjoys time with her two cats and her husband, Dr. Jigar Nandola.

Sharon began her dental career in 1991 as a dental assistant and loved the field so much that she went on to graduate as a registered dental hygienist from St. Clair College in 1996. After more than three decades, her favourite part of the job is still the same: building trust with her patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside the clinic, Sharon loves gardening and golf, but nothing beats time with her family, close friends and her fur babies, Meredith the cat and Yardley the dog.

Sumaiya has been a dental hygienist since 2022, with experience in both periodontal and general dentistry. She is passionate about outstanding care and making sure every patient feels comfortable, and her goal is simple: gums that are pink, healthy and not bleeding. Outside of work, she enjoys watching anime, cooking and going to music festivals.

Nimal is a Registered Dental Hygienist with an Advanced Diploma in Dental Hygiene from Confederation College. He is passionate about gentle, patient-centred care and about promoting lifelong oral health through prevention and education. Nimal has volunteered in his community, including at Special Olympics events and local school programs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and playing cricket.

Molly graduated from Fanshawe College in 2015 with a Dental Assisting diploma and has spent more than a decade in dentistry, moving into management and, more recently, treatment coordination. Her favourite part of the job is building relationships with patients, helping them feel at ease and making every patient feel welcome. Outside the office, Molly loves spending time with her son Jaxon and her big, fluffy Bernese Mountain Dog, Arlo. Family time is her favourite, and she is happiest making memories with the people and furry friends she loves most.

Savanha has worked as a dental receptionist since 2018. She is passionate about excellent patient care and building positive relationships with every patient. She has a particular interest in accounts receivable and enjoys the financial and administrative side of a dental practice. Outside of work, Savanha loves travelling, exploring new places and spending time with her family.

Harsh is an NDAEB-certified Level II Dental Assistant with additional certification in orthodontic assisting. With several years of experience in dental care, he is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits, and he enjoys being part of a supportive team. Outside the office, Harsh enjoys travelling, hiking, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren has transitioned her career as a PSW into the dental world, starting as a sterilization tech and working toward her position as administrative assistant. Known for her compassion, attention to detail, and people-first approach, she brings the same care to her new role that she's shown throughout her career. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys going out with friends and cozy nights in watching scary movies with her partner and their dog, Luna.

Starting her career as a Dental Assistant in 2019, Nikki graduated from Fanshawe College with a Dental Hygiene Advanced Diploma in 2022 and is passionate about creating a stress-free, welcoming atmosphere where patients feel confident in their smiles and dental care. Dedicated to advancing her knowledge and embracing new technologies, she has a special interest in caring for children and individuals with special needs. Outside of work, she enjoys playing hockey, attending concerts, and relaxing by the lake.

Michelle has been a dedicated dental hygienist for several years, bringing extensive experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics to the practice. She is passionate about providing exceptional care, ensuring every patient feels comfortable and leaves with a healthy, confident smile. Outside of work, Michelle is committed to an active lifestyle, enjoying fitness, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her friends and family.
 

A dedicated Medical Device Reprocessing Technician, Ariel proudly graduated from Conestoga College in 2021. With over four years of hands-on experience, she has mastered the art of maintaining cleanliness, sterility, and readiness in clinical environments. Their expertise and attention to detail didn't go unnoticed—after spending countless hours sterilizing tools, colleagues recognized their skill and initiative, leading to on-the-spot training as a Dental Assistant. It’s safe to say they quite literally cleaned up well enough to earn the promotion—both literally and figuratively.  On her break she moonlights as a self-proclaimed professional food critic. No snack is safe in her vicinity, as she conducts spontaneous “quality control checks” with what she calls just a little taste. Colleagues have learned: label your lunch, or prepare to lose a corner of that cookie.

With 9 years of experience as a Level II Intraoral Dental Assistant, Daylin brings expertise, precision, and a warm, friendly demeanor to every patient interaction. Known for her strong attention to detail, she ensures a comfortable and positive dental experience. Outside of the office, Daylin enjoys spending time outdoors with her kiddos, exploring new destinations, and sharing her love for music and travel.
